Nom nom nom

I played chef this weekend and did something which was a new experience for me: peeled and prepared prawns. I got inspired by a food magazine which I bought and prepared the above concoction:

Spicy garlic and chilli prawns with cherry tomatoes and mushrooms in a buttery sauce along with rice. I also made prawn toast.

It felt quite interesting and thrilling to prepare the prawn toast, as it is something that I love to eat but have only ever bought from takeaway restaurants.

  2. Jag har jobbat här i nästan 3 år nu. Jag jobbade inne i Dublin men jobbar nu utanför stan, inom IT :).
